What's a good free key logger program?

May 9, 2009 by Parenting

My computer keeps getting screwed up and I'm pretty sure it's because my brother uses it to look up porn while I'm at work. I want to catch him and have proof so I can make him get it fixed next time… I just need a program that will record websites visited and possibly what he's searched for in search engines. If someone could recommend something I'd be grateful! Oh, and he's not completely computer illiterate….he's smart enough to delete his cookies and bowsing history and all that stuff. It would need to be something that could run in a hidden mode and not show up in the system tray or anything…. Thanks again.

If you really want to catch your brother or whatever on porn i would suggest downloading the free Blue Coat K9 Web Protection. After you download it just unblock all the sites from the admin website. Then after a day or so go back to the admin site for k9 and click on "view internet activity." You can find the admin home site from your desktop icon that says K9 Web Protection Admin

the good keyloggers usually have free versions or free trial periods, but they won't run in hidden ("stealth") mode until they are paid for. Spector makes a good one, Refog is good, and so is All-In-One-Keylogger. They will all run in Stealth mode once paid for, and they grab screen shots too.

From my experience, I can rely on Inside Keylogger for the best results in recording keystrokes, websites, chat, even screenshots and send the reports right on your email.
Maybe you want it for free – they use TrialPay now
